Causal Inference

Business processes generate massive amounts of data that are often complex and noisy, making it challenging to derive meaningful insights. Causal inference, a statistical method that identifies causal relationships between variables, can help overcome these challenges by uncovering the true impact of business process changes on outcomes. By using causal inference, we seek to provide businesses with a better understanding of how their processes perform and identify areas for improvement. We are evaluating a number of and resources such as DoWhy to find the best combination of tools and frameworks to add to our service offerings.
